How to Buy an instrument featured on this website:
Simply come into the store or , if you are local, please call us at 705-743-2641 and we'll be happy to discuss the instrument with you and arrange the sale.

Just because you have contacted us about an instrument does not mean we are holding it for you. These instruments are for sale in our retail store and may sell while we are still negotiating. Once you decide you want an instrument please let us know. We will confirm availability and hold the instrument pending payment. You will have 7 days from that date to remit Payment.

What if I'm not happy with the instrument/Amp?: While we will do our best to accurately describe the amps and instruments available on this website occasionally there may be an issue that slips under our radar. You have 24 hours from the time you receive the instrument/amp to let us know if there are any problems that you were not made aware of before purchase.
If the instrument is to be returned to us you, the buyer, are responsible for any return shipping charges and insurance.
All instruments must be returned to us in the condition that they left our store. Upon reciept of the instrument, a full refund will be issued minus the original shipping charges.

How do I pay?:
Once a final selling price is agreed upon you may pay for Mail Order sales via Money Order or Cashiers Cheque. Local sales can be paid by Cash or Personal Cheque (with proper identification)

What will it cost to ship the guitar/amp?:
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the method of shipping agreed upon. Most electric or acoustic guitars can be shipped within North America for $30.00 - $100.00 (plus insurance). Amps vary widly in their size and weight. Small combos can often be shipped for as little as $40.00 while large combos and heads will only be available for local pickup.
We will provide you with an accurate shipping quote before final payment is requested.

Customers Outside of Canada Please Note: Any additional import duties or processing fees are the responsibility of the purchaser & are non-refundable.
Luckily, musical instruments originally manufactured in the U.S. or Canada can be shipped duty free within North America, but you may still incur a brokerage/handling charge and be required to pay any applicable taxes.

Canadian Customers Please Note: Canadian residents will be required to pay GST (5%) and Ontario residents will also be required to pay PST (8%).
